‘Sectional title’ is the ownership of units or sections within a complex or development where you purchase a section or unit together with an undivided share of the common property.

 

Both the Garden Units and the Apartments will be sold as part of a Sectional Title Scheme.

 

This is ideal if you do not want the responsibility of maintaining your own garden, but the residents who wish to do gardening is allowed to personalize their own private garden as they prefer.
