Vergelegen Retirement Village is developed in 2 phases, the Community Centre is part of Phase 1.  This Village consists out of 171 Units, where 70 is self standing single story Garden Units with their own private gardens.

 

On the ground floor there is 46 Apartment units that walk out onto their own private gardens. The other 41 Apartment units are on the First floor and have their own private balconies. All Apartment units are accessed by Lifts and Stairs - Indicated as red blocks on the plans below.
